The following systems and functionality will be affected during our planned monthly maintenance: logging into and placing orders on MetaStock.com, access to the MetaStock Community Forum, and access to adaptick.net (the ICE add-on interface). We will be working to get the systems back up as quickly as possible.
The DataLink market data feed will be end of life and no longer supported. You must log in to the MetaStock.com Downloads page and complete the steps below. Failure to do so will cause your data to stop updating. You will be migrated to the data that matches your subscription. See below.
Please follow these steps to migrate to XENITH for Daily Charts.
- Visit MetaStock.com and log in to your account.
- Navigate to your "MyDownloads" page.
- Agree to the updated terms of using MetaStock/Downloader.
- Wait 1 hour before proceeding to the next step.
- Uninstall your current version of the products you use. This may be MetaStock, XENITH, or the Downloader.
- Download the installer for your product on My Downloads.
- Navigate to the install file in the downloads folder and double-click to initiate the installation.
- Follow any installation steps presented to you.
Why must I complete these steps?
- Our data provider has discontinued the current data feeds we offer, and we are required to update you to the new backend feeds.
What feed will I be migrated to?:
- XENITH users will be migrated to the new version of XENITH.
- XENITH for Daily Charts users will be migrated to the new version of XENITH for Daily Charts.
- DataLink customers will be migrated to the new version of XENITH for Daily Charts.

Your Username and Password
Your product download and your MetaStock/XENITH login credentials can be retrieved through the Downloads section of the MetaStock website.
To find your login information:
- Visit MetaStock.com and log in to your account.
- Navigate to your "MyDownloads" page.
- Agree to the updated terms of using MetaStock/Downloader.
- Enter your username and password for the MetaStock website to log into My Downloads.
- Once logged in, you will be able to see your purchased products.
- Click on the relevant product (MetaStock or XENITH) to download the installation file.
- The User ID and Password for the MetaStock Activation (gray login box) is located in the “MetaStock Activation” section.
- The User ID for XENITH is the email address used to log into My Downloads, the Password can be set\reset using the link in the XENITH section.
